Falcon Consulting operates www.faltec.xyz. This notice explains how we handle personal data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

What we collect

Messages you send to our website assistant, and basic technical logs such as IP address and browser type that we use to keep the site secure.

How we use it

To answer your questions, improve our website content and protect the site against abuse. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Assistant conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days. Technical logs are kept for up to 30 days.

AI service providers

Assistant messages are processed by our AI provider (currently Google Gemini) to generate replies.

Cookies and local storage

Your browser remembers your language choice on your own device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
